Workday
The Integrated Service Centre and Enterprise Data Governance have partnered to co-lead the report writer community pilot
Tableau User Group
Tableau is currently used as a tool to develop dashboards and perform analysis across UBC. The University Data Platform is leveraging the use of Tableau for its needs as well. The Tableau User Group brings Tableau Users together to share ideas on how to best leverage the capabilities of Tableau; discuss challenges with the tool; propose new features.
Participation
Attendees from UBC Users Group and other units who want to evaluate Tableau as their tool to build dashboards to enable operational decisions.
Outcomes
Create a community of practice of Tableau users:
- Share ideas on how to best leverage Tableau
- Share potential use cases for Tableau
- Raise desired features for the vendor to develop
- The vendor provides updates on and new features, changes in policies, licensing model etc.
PBI Pilot
The PBI Pilot focuses on enabling PAIR to consolidate the Okanagan Enrolment Planning Model into a single tool.
