Propose, update or deprecate a Glossary Term

Prior to proposing or updating terms, ensure the following:

1. Verify if the term does not currently exist.
2. Create term definition from UBC's perspective by following the Guidelines on Defining University Glossary Terms.
3. Request service to add, update, or deprecate a term, and work with our team and relevant stakeholders to approve and publish the term.
