Integrated Reporting Steering Committee

Purpose

The Integrated Reporting Steering Committee will oversee the prioritisation of requests for reports and other forms of data extracts from the Student Information System and other enterprise systems. The Committee will also guide the development of an integrated reporting technology platform that can be used by a wide range of community members for their reporting needs.

Objectives

• Ensure report and data extract requests are valuable and sensible. If necessary validate intent with the requestor.
• Ensure data access requests are authorized by data owners and prioritised based on value to the institution.
• Ensure the development of an integrated reporting platform is based on an appropriate technology solution, is resourced to be successful, will meet the functional needs of the institution and is managed to deliver in a timely fashion.
