Terms of Reference

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational oversight and guidance on CRM implementation
  • Provide recommendations to Sponsorship Committee
  • Ensures project progress is communicated to Sponsorship level
  • Ensures project meets university standards and the needs of the stakeholders
  • Ensures change management occurs outside of CRM project teams
  • Champions CRM Project to stakeholder communities
  • Monitor and mitigate risks from project impacts to business areas
  • Advise and support change management throughout stakeholder communities
  • Advise and support adoption
  • Advise and support sustainment

Decision Scope:

  • Provide recommendation on vendor selection to the CRM Sponsors
  • Approvals on major individual budget changes or minor budget changes within the approved budget with oversight from the CRM Sponsors
  • Approve major process changes which may have significant impact within the CRM project stakeholder communities
  • Approve moderate scope changes that results in changes to budget or schedule
  • Approve moderate schedule changes which affect the completion of project deliverables
  • Provide recommendations to CRM Sponsors when major project decision points where the overall status of the project and activities will need to be evaluated and decisions will be made to continue as planned, postpone for a set period or postpone for an indefinite period
  • Approve staff changes to the CRM Delivery Team within the established budget
  • Review and approve CRM Delivery Team recommendations

  • One week prior to Sponsorhip Team meeting
